Building Guidelines - AjA Co-Working Space
OFFICE HOURS
The Office is closed until Friday, 2/11 for maintenance.
The Office is typically open from Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM with an AjA Operations Lead on site at all times. If the schedule changes, Operations will contact Ikra (PANA Facilities) ASAP. The Operations Lead will be checking off a Building Opening and Closing list (i.e. answering door and phone for AjA) and serve at the point person at the office.

COVID-19 CLEARANCE
All persons entering the facility, must provide a COVID-19 Clearance to the organization. This will be maintained, privately, using the Envoy Check-in System, with restricted access to Managing Director. Options for COVID-19 Clearance include, please contact us with an alternative clearance option:
COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card) which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered); OR
A photo of a Vaccination Record Card as a separate document; OR
A photo of the client's Vaccination Record Card stored on a phone or electronic device; OR
A documentation of COVID-19 vaccination from a health care provider; OR
A digital record that includes a QR code that when scanned by a SMART Health Card reader displays to the reader client name, date of birth, vaccine dates and vaccine type; OR
Documentation of vaccination from other contracted employers who follow these vaccination records guidelines and standards.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
When people enter the building, everyone (AjA, PANA and Guests) should all follow the Check-In Procedure that is posted on the wall and shared here:

Temperature Check
Hand Sanitizer or Hand Washing
Everyone must check their temperature upon entering. There is a wall-mounted thermometer and handheld one for accessibility. We are not requiring folks to list the reading of their temperature, but we are asking for those whose reading is above 38°C / 100.4°F, that you DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING.
When you sign in, you are confirming your temperature reading. The Sign-in Kiosk will ask for the QR Code provided via email or you can manual enter your email address.
MASK POLICY
EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO WEAR A N95 MASK THAT WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZATION UPON ENTRANCE.
If you or a guest arrive without a mask, there are masks provided at the door (individually wrapped), and we are asking for you to use Hand Sanitizer (or wash your hands in the bathroom) before you enter the space.
All persons in the office are required to wear a N95 mask at all times. We encourage all eating and drinking to happen outside, or in the kitchen as needed.
The purpose of the plan is to prevent the potential transmission of COVID-19 in our workplace and in our communities. We can only ensure the safety of our team and community with the full cooperation of AJA, PANA and community. This requires our entire team’s commitment to following the plan, making safety adjustments, and following the steps outlined here.

All Shared Spaces must be reserved on the “Facilities Reservations” Google Calendar. For the AjA Team, all reservations will be made through the Operations Team / Lead. Any requests for space needs to be made BEFOREHAND in order to avoid overlap of reservations. You can contact AjA’s Operations team at: operations@ajaproject.org
BATHROOMS
There are two restrooms available for public use. The first is located in the front of the building near the entrance and the second is located towards the rear, next to the entrance for the kitchen. The bathroom in the back will be reserved for Employee use only for AjA and PANA teams. Please notify operations@ajaproject.org if you are aware of any issues with the bathroom or for when any materials need to be replenished.
KITCHEN
Dishes need to be washed, no food is allowed down the drain and table should be wiped down after use. The Operations Team Lead will be checking this space at the beginning and end of their shift and will provide reminders to the team. It is our goal to make the kitchen a comfortable space for the team to relax in between work hours.
