The AjA Project is a compassionate space for young people, activists, visual artists and educators to engage critically with issues that affect our community and realize our collective liberation through participatory storytelling and the documentary arts. One of the issues that impacts the communities that we reflect and serve is the colonization of historic Palestine. We believe that our collective liberation includes the struggle for a Palestine free from settler colonial violence and ethnic cleansing committed by the nation state of Israel, and funded by the United States government. Our community of educators and students are committed to amplifying the voices of Palestinian activists, visual artists and educators.
