AjA Operations

  • Register to Visit.

    All persons entering the building are required to either show proof of full vaccination or be tested at least once per week. We will be providing tests for those not vaccinated, so we can maintain and strive for a healthy workplace. All Clearance Information, will be accepted privately via Envoy, and will only be visible to the AjA Managing Director.

  • Facility Guidelines.

    The Office is typically open from Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 5PM with an AjA Operations Lead on site at all times. If the schedule changes, Operations will contact Ikra (PANA Facilities) ASAP. The Operations Lead will be checking off a Building Opening and Closing list (i.e. answering door and phone for AjA) and serve at the point person at the office.

  • Parking.

    The AjA Project has a Parking Lot available to Employees and Guests of 4089 Fairmount Avenue. Visitors will be asked if they need a Parking Pass when Registering to Visit our site.
